I’m Kelley, the heart and founder behind Of Light and Earth. My struggles with chronic health conditions and stagnant energy led me to this journey of healing which inspired me to support and help others on their journey.
I believe that we are divine spiritual beings having a human experience. Years ago my human experience was filled with constant physical pain from chronic illness. That’s what led me to energy medicine and its power. Energy medicine realigns your soul’s life force energy for optimal health and happiness.
As a Reiki Master Teacher, certified Holistic Health Coach, certified sound practitioner and intuitive energy guide, it’s my honor to hold sacred space for your journey.
Whether we meet in person or through virtual sessions, you’ll be welcomed into a nurturing, grounded, and energetically supportive environment—where you are free to show up exactly as you are.

Every session I offer is intuitively guided and tailored to your unique energy. I don’t believe in a one size fits all all approach to healing. Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, emotional overwhelm, spiritual stagnation or simply seeking greater balance within your daily life, our time together will honor your whole self -mind, body, and spirit.
My work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins with safety, empowerment, compassion and deep listening. You are not broken. You are becoming. And every shift- every breath, every moment of stillness - is part of your return to wholeness.
At Of Light and Earth, I combine the vibrational power of Reiki and sound therapy with holistic tools like journaling, energy medicine, daily rituals, chakra alignment, meditation, breath work, mudras, and intuitive coaching. These practices help you not only feel aligned in session- but maintain that alignment in your everyday life.
My mission is to support you in calling your energy back, realigning your frequency, improving the flow of your energy, and remembering the truth of who you are: whole, radiant, and powerful beyond measure.
